About me
Angela Tripp is a Program Officer for Technology with the Legal Services Corporation. She is
responsible for helping legal aid programs implement innovative technology projects that
improve access to high-quality legal assistance for people across the country. She helps manage
LSC’s Technology Initiative Grant program, which has awarded over 950 grants totaling over
$95 million since its inception in 2000. Prior to this role, she was Director of the Michigan Legal
Help (MLH) Program, which is responsible for the statewide website for self-represented
litigants (MichiganLegalHelp.org) and affiliated Self-Help Centers in Michigan. She is a
frequent presenter at national conferences on the use of technology in access to justice and
legal services. Ms. Tripp holds a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law in Boston and
a B.A. from the University of Cincinnati.
