About me
Hannah Makowske is a Court Management Consultant with the National Center for State Courts. Her recent work at NCSC includes a report on national trends and best practices regarding fee waivers. Prior to joining NCSC, Hannah was a staff law clerk at the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Before law school, she worked as a high school teacher in Chicago. Hannah earned her B.A. in public policy and master’s in education from the University of Michigan, and she received her J.D. from Harvard Law School. She currently lives in Chicago.
