About me
Ingrid Gillies is an associate for Pew’s courts and communities project, providing research and technical assistance to courts and state partners. Before joining Pew, Gillies worked at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) on the data science and analytics team where, under various enforcement actions, she calculated redress for consumers victimized by financial institutions. While at the CFPB, she also conducted research on institutional debt collection practices for the student loan ombudsman. Gillies holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from Case Western Reserve University.
