Jessica Frank is an attorney, legal technologist, and Director of Justice Initiatives at Free Law Project, a nonprofit building open legal data infrastructure. She works at the intersection of access to justice, generative AI, and public-interest technology, and speaks regularly at conferences on courts, technology, and the future of legal help. Her current projects include the Litigant Portal, a GenAI-powered tool for self-represented litigants, and technology initiatives supporting Federal Public Defenders.
