Mairead Napolitano serves as the Civil Division Administrator for the Las Vegas Justice Court, where she oversees the daily operations of one of Nevada's busiest civil courts. Since assuming this role in 2021, she has led numerous initiatives to improve caseflow management, expand access to justice, and enhance the delivery of civil court services for the community.
A graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a degree in Criminal Justice, Mairead has worked in the legal profession since 2008. Prior to joining the Court, she gained extensive experience as a paralegal in criminal law, personal injury, workers' compensation, civil litigation, construction defect, and family law.
Mairead began her career with the Las Vegas Justice Court in 2012 as a Legal Office Specialist and was later promoted to Justice Courtroom Clerk before becoming Civil Division Administrator. In her current role, she has helped lead innovative court initiatives, including the expansion of the Court's Eviction Diversion Program, development of court-ordered small claims mediation, implementation of caseflow improvements, and regional collaboration with justice courts and community partners to increase access to legal resources and housing stability.
