Michael Loudenslager is a staff attorney with Advocates for Basic Legal Equality, Inc. (ABLE), a non-profit law firm that serves people with low incomes in Western Ohio. Michael works in ABLE’s Housing and Economic Development group out of its Dayton, Ohio office. His practice focuses on providing support for community development projects and entrepreneurship, including projects involving community control of housing, such as community land trusts. Michael provides transactional legal services to low-income and disadvantaged individuals as well as organizations that serve low-income and disadvantaged individuals. He also engages in community lawyering to empower community residents and neighborhoods.
