About me
Moira Weir became the first female President and CEO of United Way of Greater Cincinnati in 2020. She has guided the organization through transformative change designed to help all people achieve economic well-being within its nine-county service area in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. Last year, under Weir’s leadership, United Way invested more than $40 million in the community.
Her vision for United Way centers on its role as a community catalyst uniquely positioned to drive change through investments, influence and filling gaps in service. She has led efforts to amplify community voices and innovate solutions that empower families to build better futures.
Before joining United Way, Weir was the Director of Hamilton County Job & Family Services.
