About me
Nicha Zingarelli (she/her) is the Director and Chief Attorney of the Hamilton County Clerk of Courts Help Center. Nicha has practiced law for over twenty years and has overseen a dramatic expansion of the Help Center during her leadership. Nicha has co-founded the eviction limited representation program and led expansion of services to the Court of Common Pleas, the First District Court of Appeals, the Juvenile Court and the Domestic Relations Court. Nicha is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Arts & Sciences and the Salmon P Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University.
