Robert (Bob) Rath serves as the Chief Innovation Officer for the Indiana Supreme Court’s Office of Judicial Administration, where he leads several modernization efforts across the judicial branch. His work includes oversight of internal process improvement initiatives and the Court’s Strategic Data Management program. Bob is a member of the statewide Innovation Committee and previously served on the Commission on Indiana’s Legal Future. An Indiana‑licensed attorney, he brings a multidisciplinary background shaped by more than a decade managing enterprise IT for multinational corporations.
