About me
Jamie Giani is the founder of Third Branch Solutions, a boutique consultancy whose mission is to support courts and judiciary-adjacent organizations. A former law clerk, Assistant Federal Public Defender (Capital Habeas Unit), and Clerk of Court, Jamie brings a rare dual perspective to access to justice, having both advocated for clients at the margins of the system and managed the court operations that (should) serve them. Most recently, she served as Customer Engagement Lead for the Administrative Office's Case Management Modernization initiative, leading change strategy and stakeholder engagement for one of the judiciary's most significant modernization efforts.
