Tiana Johnson is the Chief Probation Officer for the Hamilton County Adult Probation Department, bringing over two decades of service and a strong commitment to justice reform. As the first woman and first African American to hold this role in the county’s history, she is a trailblazer focused on public safety, reducing recidivism, and expanding evidence-based practices. Tiana has led major departmental restructuring, centralizing operations and aligning resources with a risk-based supervision model to improve outcomes. She holds a Master of Arts degree and licensure in chemical dependency counseling with a gambling addiction endorsement, strengthening her holistic approach to rehabilitation. An avid supporter of validated assessment tools, cognitive-behavioral interventions, and community partnerships, she promotes effective reentry services and long-term success. A graduate of multiple leadership programs, Tiana exemplifies integrity, innovation, and servant leadership in community corrections.
